E2M4: Deimos Lab is the fourth map in episode The Shores of Hell of Ultimate Doom In Name Only. It was designed by scifista42 and Darryl Steffen (dobu gabu maru), and uses the MIDI rendition of "Gotham City Cathedral" by Matthew Cannon, from Batman: The Movie (sequenced by Chuck Dodgers), as its music track.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the north wall that the blood leads to at the start to get a chainsaw, plus a shotgun and/or a chaingun on lower skill levels. (sector 12)
- At the northeast bridge, enter the lava to the north and head behind the northwest rocks to find an ammo clip and a chaingun. (sector 324)
- After shooting the wall where you saw the yellow key, take the teleporter back and head into the broken section past the compartments. Head east as much as you can and shoot the green button. Head northwest to get a computer area map. (sector 1053)
- In the exit room, head to the red part. The north, west, and east switches are important for finding this secret. The north switch lowers the outer floor, which is not necessary but can be helpful. The east switch will reveal the portal to the west, leading back to the blue area. The west switch lowers the platform to the east, which also corresponds to the blue part's east platform, which is where the secret is. However, the west switch also lowers a small section near the portal that if you were to quickly press the east and west switches and enter the portal right away, you would be stuck inside a block temporarily and will not be able to make it to the platform in the blue section. To get this secret, you need some timing with the west switch, as the block does rise up faster than the platform. By timing it, and getting into the portal and running to the platform, you can rise up and open the door to get energy cells and a soul sphere. (sector 488)
