E2M5: Albtraum-haus (English: Nightmare House) is the fifth map of Nihility: Infinite Teeth. It was designed by Years.

Secrets[edit]
- At the east nukage pool, enter the teleporter to find a stimpack and a plasma gun. (sector 55)
- Take the teleporter out of Secret #1 and flip the switch on the crate you see. Run north back to the nukage pool and head northwest, then immediately southeast to get a rocket and a switch. (sector 403)
- The switch in Secret #2 will open doors at the southwest end of the room north of the start. Go there to get a backpack, a medikit, and a switch. (sector 41)
- In the room with crates at the center, head to the northwest end and open the wall to get an armor bonus, an ammo clip, and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 513)
- In the yellow key area, press the switch at the north end of the soul sphere pillar and run southwest to the open hall with the backpack. Taking the lift down leads to health bonuses and a teleporter. (sector 293)
- In the west room you teleport to in Secret #5, open the south door with the yellow key to get medikits and a teleporter. The teleporter leads to a box of rockets and lower the wall to get the soul sphere on the pillar. (sector 409)
- At the crushers, head west of them and to the window. Jump southeast of the window to get a rocket launcher and a box of rockets. (sector 256)
- At the red key, drop down to the right and get an energy cell, a medikit (only on Ultra-Violence or higher), and a box of ammo. (sector 389)
- Take the teleporter in Secret #8 and shoot the switch to the west to open the north wall. This has a berserk pack and a switch. (sector 396)
- In the west room you teleport to in Secret #5, open the north door with the red key and you can get a backpack, energy cells, and a switch. The teleporter with the BFG9000 will kill you if you attempt to get it. The switch here, along with the switches in Secrets #3 and #9 will open the way to the secret exit. (sector 469)
