E2M7: Main Base is the seventh map in the Blood, Guts 'n' Gory episode of NJ Doom. It was designed by Nigel Rowand (Enjay).

Secrets[edit]
- En route to the red key you will go through a room with a switch on its north wall. This switch opens up a door to the south, revealing a room with a secret door (marked with a different texture) in its south wall. This door leads to a chaingun and a box of bullets. (sector 236)
- After going through the red door north of the start, press the section of wall with the bright red texture ahead. It opens, revealing two stimpacks, an armor, and 12 shotgun shells. (sector 238)
- In the north of the level is a section where it is necessary to lower three walls and walk over them. After the third one, head directly east as far as possible - there is a secret door in front of you, leading to a plasma rifle and an energy cell. There is also a zombieman on medium and hard skills. (sector 106)
- Shooting the south-east wall of #3 (which has a different texture) opens it, revealing a soul sphere. (sector 279)
- Head south from the door to #3. Before going through the door ahead, there is a secret door to the west leading to a megaarmor. There is also a zombieman on medium and hard skills. (sector 104)
- The south-east of the level has an outdoor area with a baron of Hell (two on hard skill) with windows to the north and west. The room west of this area, which contains a plasma rifle, has a secret door (marked with a different texture) in the north wall, leading to a teleporter to this outdoor area, where there is a soul sphere, a partial invisibility, and a backpack, as well as an energy cell pack in multiplayer.
