E2M7: Underworld Gate is the seventh map in episode The Stagnant Fortress of Strange Aeons. It was designed by Mike MacDee (Impie) and uses the music track "Mission 6 theme" from Chasm: The Rift. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 4:00.

- In the large nukage area, head into the nukage at the north end and use the west side of that platform to find a rage sphere. (sector 167)
- In the starting area, head to the west side and lower the middle column from the west to get a berserk pack. (sector 194)
