E2M7: Water Treatment Plant is the third secret map in the Mysteries Outside episode of Town Infection: The Flooding. It was designed by José Navarrete (CoTeCiO) and uses the music track "Goin' Down the Fast Way" by Lee Jackson, from Rise of the Triad.
