E2M9: Petting Zoo is the ninth and secret map in episode The Stagnant Fortress of Strange Aeons. It was designed by Mike MacDee (Impie) and uses the music track "". The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:50.

Secrets[edit]
- Head north of the start to get an ammo sphere. (sector 2)
- Head east of the start to a fence and use the door north of that fence. Lower the rock in the middle to find a teleporter. This takes you to boxes of rockets and partial invisibility. (sector 139)
- At Secret #2, head to the south side and head west, lowering a rock to find a switch. This will reveal a teleporter to the east. Take it to teleport to a soul sphere. (sector 62)
- In the red key area, head north and lower a rock there to get a mutant sphere. (sector 131)
- At the exit, go to the pillar and look southeast to find a switch. Shoot it to lower a Yithian lightning gun. (sector 195)
