E2M9 is the ninth and secret map of Hell Run. It was designed by Jonathan Jordan.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the northernmost end, head to the northeast side where the health bonus is and open the wall. You will find more health bonuses. (sector 61)
  2. Head south from Secret #1 to a blue door. Open it to get energy cells, a medikit, a health bonus, and a soul sphere. (sector 107)
  3. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the north side and when you can, head north to get a medikit and a red key. (sector 149)
  4. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the east side and when you can, head north to get a green armor and a medikit (only on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 151)
  5. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the center and when you can, head northeast to get a health bonus and a box of rockets. (sector 152)
  6. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the east side and when you can, head east to get a medikit and a soul sphere (both items are only available on Ultra-Violence or higher). (sector 153)
  7. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the south side and southwest when you can to get a green armor and a health bonus. (sector 154)
  8. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the east and southeast when you can to get armor bonuses. (sector 155)
  9. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the south side and head east when you can to get armor bonuses. (sector 158)
  10. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the south side and head west when you can to get a green armor and a health bonus. (sector 159)
  11. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the center and enter the southwest when you can to get a box of rockets and a medikit. (sector 161)
  12. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head west, then southwest when you can to a small section with a green armor. (sector 162)
  13. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the northwest side and head south when you can to get the yellow key. (sector 163)
  14. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the west side and when you can, head west to get an armor bonus and a box of rockets. (sector 164)
  15. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the west side and when you can, head north to get armor bonuses and a green armor. (sector 165)
  16. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the north side and when you can, head southwest to get a health bonus. (sector 166)
  17. In the west room with the rising and lowering floor, head to the center and when you can, head northwest to get a soul sphere. (sector 167)
  18. Open the yellow door in the second room and take the teleporter. Open the door to get a megaarmor and a health bonus. (sector 183)
