E2M9 is the ninth and secret map of Number One Kill. It was designed by Angelo Jefferson.

Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.


Other points of interest[edit]


  1. After you get the yellow key, return to the room behind the red door and open the yellow door. The switch inside opens the column in the room, leading to a secret area with lots of health and armor bonuses, a soul sphere, and a green armor. (sector 217)
  2. Open the north door in Secret #1 to find a backpack and lots of ammo. (sector 215)
  3. Open the east door in Secret #1 to find a shotgun, a chaingun, a rocket launcher, and a plasma gun. (sector 220)


An imp (Thing 478) near the red skull key has no flags set for any of the three difficulty classes, so it does not actually appear in the level.
