E3FINAL: The Healer Stalks is the thirteenth and final map in the State of Submergency episode of The Joy of Mapping 5: Winter Weekend. It was designed by Temin_Dump and uses the music track "Departure," originally composed by Lee Jackson for Duke Nukem 3D. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 8:20.

Secrets[edit]
- Use the wall east of the start to get a megaarmor and a backpack. (sector 489)
- In the maze at the west end, go to the southeast side, then quickly head back and west, then south to get a soul sphere before it rises. (sector 252)
- In the middle of the map, go to the ring of health bonuses and head to the north side to get a BFG9000. (sector 901)
