E3M1: Maelstrom is the first map in episode Realm of Styx of Stickney Installation. It was designed by Snaxalotl and uses a MIDI rendition of "Ministry of Fuck" by TheDevilzWork (sequenced by Doomkid) as its music track.

Secrets

1. Go up the north steps and get on the east ledge. Press the switch to the south to lower the rocket launcher in the middle. (sector 49)
