E3M4: Scarlet Outlands is the fourth map in Hub 3: Soulless of Faithless: Trilogy. It was designed by James Paddock (Jimmy) and uses the music track "Track 39" by James C. McMenamy, from Anvil of Dawn.

Secrets[edit]
- At the east end, head to the southwest corner and use a switch, which lowers a ledge to the east with a Dark Servant. Head south to pick up a quartz flask (not on lower skill levels), a Jade Core, and an energy orb. (sector 131)
- At the east cave, a pillar in the middle has a Bag of Plenty. Flip the switch on the left side of the pillar to lower it. (sector 211)
- At the southwest valley, head to the wood pole at the west end and use the switch there. Head north and take the teleporter to teleport to the west side, where you can get a Ring of Invincibility, a Jade Ingot, crystal vials, a bundle of ethereal arrows, ethereal arrows, and an enchanted shield. Going right from the enchanted shield creates a bridge to a Bouncing Bomb. Using the emblem in front of the Ring of Invincibility reveals a switch, which creates steps to the wheel switch leading back to E3M1. (sector 390)
- At the north end of Secret #3, open a wall and enter the lava to find greater runes, an energy orb, and a hellstaff (which is where the secret sector is). (sector 381)
