E3M4 is the fourth map in the third episode of Vengeance. It was designed by Paul Fleschute (Moe) and uses the music track "Frivolous Encounter" by Mark Klem, from Memento Mori II.

Secrets[edit]
- In the room at the northwest end with skulls near the ceiling, find a wall to the south that looks different and open it. The teleporter here leads to two empty cells. (sector 64)
- Open the red door and use the satyr face you see to open the column. Press the switch past it to get the soul sphere. (sector 145)
