E3M5: Thebe Lab is the fifth map of Favillesco Alpha Episode 2: Desecration on Thebe. It was designed by Nicolás Monti and uses a MIDI rendition of "Corazón Delator" by Soda Stereo as its music track.

Secrets[edit]
- Enter the dark nukage ring west of the start and go all the way north to the northeast corner. Drop into the hole, ride the lift up, and go south to a blur artifact. (sector 141)
- Cross the path at the southeast end of the dark nukage ring, head north, then take the left path at the fork. Use the UAC wall to get a chainsaw. (sector 423)
- In the locker rooms, go to the southwest locker and use the switch on the west side. Run to the northeast and drop into the hole. Go west to get a backpack. (sector 399)
- In the locker rooms, go to the northwest locker and use the switch on the north side. Quickly open the west door and go north on the ledge to the hole to get a megaarmor. (sector 283)
- On the walkway located west of Secret #4, go to the middle of the set of steps here and face northward. Shoot through the dark nukage ring to the north, hitting a small button to open a new door. Go north when you hear it open and east to a computer area map. (sector 422)
- On the west side of the dark nukage ring, just north of where you would raise a bridge with a switch located near Secret #4, go to the southeast corner and press this switch. This opens an outside section outside of the dark nukage ring with armor bonuses and a soul sphere. (sector 121)
