Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
Take the shotgun in the starting room then open the door to see zombiemen (plus a cacodemon and lost souls on Ultra-Violence and Nightmare skill levels) in the room ahead. Go through another door at the south-west end of the room, then go north up a staircase to a junction and climb a second staircase to the west. Go round a corner at the top to see a door on your right, open it to find a zombieman (and imps on Hurt Me Plenty or higher) guarding the red keycard, then return to the junction and go east down a third staircase. At the bottom floor, go round the corner to see two more doors, then open the red door and press the button in the room behind it to open the other door, then go through that door to enter a storage room and look behind the north-eastern crates to find the blue keycard.
Leave the storage room and go south and east to get outside, then drop down the hole in the south-west corner of the courtyard to land in a passage with a blue door. Go through the door to collect a megaarmor and partial invisibility, then press the skull switch in the south-east corner to open another door. Pass through the door and go to the north-west corner of the next room to activate a lift, then follow the passage round to a cage containing the yellow keycard and press the skull switch opposite it. Go south-east from here and press a skull wall here to activate a lift, ride it back up to the previous room then press the skull switch that has opened in the west wall to lower another lift which goes down to the yellow key.
Go back through the blue door and walk south to a hole, drop down it then go east to drop into a small room with another skull switch. Press the switch to lower a lift behind you, ride it up and open the yellow door at the top, then climb the stairs and follow the passage round to its east side to find some steps. Climb the steps to enter a square hallway and open the door on the south side, then step on the red star to finish the level.

Secrets[edit]
Official[edit]
- After entering the first hallway in the level (accessed through the south-west door in the room after the one where you begin the level), head south and open the eastern door to find a zombieman and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 247)
- Open the door south-west of secret #1 to find a few enemies and a medikit. (sector 166)
- After dropping into the passage leading to the lift which takes you to the yellow door, go west, head through the next door, and you will find a room with multiple monsters, a box of shells, and eight health bonuses. Open the door in the south-west of the room to find another room with five health bonuses, a box of bullets and an energy cell pack. (sector 238)
- From secret #3, head upstairs to find another room with a zombieman and (on Ultra-Violence or higher) a lost soul. (sector 233)
- Go up the stairs from secret #4 to encounter a zombieman. (sector 225) On Hurt Me Plenty or higher, an imp will accompany them; and on Ultra-Violence or higher, there will be a second imp in the room.
- At secret #5, go up the steps to find two zombiemen, a shotgun guy, and two health bonuses. (sector 218) From there, go up the next staircase and open the door to return to the start of the level.
Non-official[edit]
- Open the skull wall opposite the lift to the yellow key to find a zombieman and a supercharge.
Bugs[edit]
In version 1.0, the lift to the yellow key (sector 107) can only be operated once; theoretically, the player might be prevented from reaching the exit if they do not pick up the key in time. Although the key and the nearby ammo are very close to the lift, it was the authors' intention to avoid creating any inescapable situations in these maps, and so the readme file refers to this as a "minor mistake."
