E3M6: Stygian Caverns is the sixth map of the Inferno episode in Doom the Way id Did: The Lost Episodes. It was designed by Icytux.

Secrets[edit]
- Open the door below the red key and head to the big room beyond the floor trap. Use the wall just to the south of the trap to find a box of shotgun shells and a lift. The lift leads to a switch that opens up Secret #8. (sector 40)
- Use the switch at the northwest end of the map, then head northeast through the wall that lowers. Open the wall that has metal ridges around it to find shotgun shells, a box of ammo, and a box of rockets on a lift. Use the switch to raise the lift so you can get a soul sphere. (sector 130)
- Head east and southeast from where the red key is. When you see steps going northeast, take them up, then go past the vines to find two medikits. (sector 269)
- At the far northeast blood pool, a blur artifact is to the southeast. (sector 152)
- Grabbing the blue key lowers the blood pool. To the south is a platform with two medikits and a box of ammo. (sector 262)
- At the southeast end of the map, open the wall with the pentagram to find an energy cell pack and a teleporter leading to an invulnerability, a box of shotgun shells, and energy cells. (sector 196)
- Open the blue door north of the exit for this secret. (sector 308)
- From Secret #7, follow the outer ledge all the way around to the left. If you used the switch in Secret #1, you can access a BFG9000 and energy cells. (sector 78)
- To get the secret exit, enter the teleporter at Secret #6, then jump west through the wall. You need all three keys to reach the secret exit. (sector 331)
