E3M6: The Frayed Ends of Sanity is the sixth map in the Infernal Death episode of Nostalgia Zero. It was designed by Alex Decker (myolden) and uses the music track "Baron of Swell" by LPad.

Secrets[edit]
- The east side of the yellow key building has medikits and a megaarmor. (sector 39)
- In the central building with the outside switch, open the wall west of the switch to get a BFG9000. (sector 100)
- Enter the lava at the southeast end and go all the way south to a cave with a radiation suit and boxes of rockets. (sector 102)
- After getting the blue key, go to the north lava pool and head west and south to get to the secret exit, which requires the key. (sector 139)
