E3M7: Void Bastion is the seventh map in the Slayers Swansong episode of Return to Hadron. It was designed by Matt Powell (cannonball) and uses the music track "".

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. When you teleport to the fortress entrance, drop off to the northeast side to pick up energy cells and a plasma gun. (sector 107)
  2. Head west from the fortress entrance and then north and northeast up the steps. At the final step, look southwest and shoot the switch to open a wall to the south. Behind the wall are energy cells and a soul sphere. (sector 266)
  3. Behind the yellow door at the west side of the map, head west, up the steps, and use the eye switch at the top, which lowers the wall to the west. Go get the energy cell pack out here, then look northeast and shoot at the switch behind the torches. This switch opens up a wall with a lion face nearby, with a lift leading to energy cells and a soul sphere. (sector 542)
  4. At the top of the hill in the center of the map, look northeast and shoot the switch in the distance. Leave and go to the west side of the map. Near the yellow door, you can head east to pick up an invulnerability. (sector 548)
