E3M9: Phoenix Chapel is the ninth and secret map in Hub 3: Soulless of Faithless: Trilogy. It was designed by James Paddock (Jimmy) and uses the music track "Compression of Time" by Nobuo Uematsu, from Final Fantasy VIII.

Secrets[edit]
- In the chapel, press the switch that breaks the glass, then leave the chapel and enter the cave west of it. Jump to the chapel from the southwest side, enter, and get the mystic urn to the south. (sector 292)
- At the east part, go through the lava at the northwest part to get Blaze Orbs and a quartz flask. (sector 409)
- Head northeast from the Wings of Wrath, into the lava to get crystal vials and a Ring of Invincibility. (sector 575)
- At the east part, go to the west side with the wings icon and fly over to the switch with a quartz flask and crystal vials. The switch will lead to Secret #5. (sector 584 via "Actor Enters Sector" thing 1182 and "secret trigger" thing 1045)
- The switch at Secret #4 will open up a big wall at the west part of the map. This area has a Strongbox Key and you need to make a choice between three chests. From left to right, the boxes contain a Flame Mask, an Amethyst Skull, and a Clock Gear. (thing 557 via script S_PuzzleItemRoom and "secret trigger" thing 1382)
