E4M0: RGC Alpha is the bonus map in the Blood Stained Earth episode of No End In Sight. It was designed by Emil Brundage (NaturalTvventy) and uses the music track "Nobody Told Me About id" by Robert Prince.
In the Unity version of this WAD, this level replaces E4M6: Sanctuary of Filth due to an error with tall sectors in that level. On PC, this level can be reached from a secret exit in Sanctuary of Filth when using a source port that supports the MAPINFO lump and custom linedef types.

Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
Take the shotgun in front of you (on I'm Too Young To Die (ITYTD) and Hey Not Too Rough (HNTR) skill levels) then turn right and go down the stairs to find a switch, which will raise the height of the steps you just used. Run up the steps to land on a ledge with another shotgun, then step left or right to wooden platforms with shotgun guys that you can follow north until you reach a knife switch between two short railings. Flipping the switch will reveal some shotgun guys as well as a series of small platforms with circular lights - backtrack to the wooden platforms that had the shotgun guys, then run north across the platforms to reach a second knife switch. Flip the switch to open the wall, then step through to a large circular chamber with a blood pool.
Go round to the east side of the pool, then drop into the blood (which is harmful) to find some health bonuses next to a door leading into the central tower. Go inside the tower to find a megaarmor then step on the silver lift that lowers next to it which you can ride up to a button. Press the button to lower a platform with the red keycard, take it then kill the barons of Hell which are revealed behind you before going back to the blood pool. Head round to the north side of the blood then go up either staircase to find a red key door. Go through and turn left, then climb the stairs to get to the upper level of the circular chamber. Follow the ledge round until you reach the yellow keycard and a plasma gun, which are guarded by a cacodemon.
Approaching the yellow key will open a closet behind you with several monsters; kill them then backtrack to the room behind the red key door and head up the east staircase this time, which will put you on another ledge overlooking the circular chamber. Follow the ledge round until you reach a yellow key door, then go through it to find a few monsters guarding the blue keycard; when you take the blue key the floor will lower and reveal several monsters to the north and south, including six barons. Push past the monsters before they surround you and return to the circular hall where a large number of monsters have been revealed, then follow the walkway round to where you found the red key door (it is now hidden by a wall) and head west until you reach a blue key door. Open the door and kill any cacodemons waiting behind it, then enter the room and press the skull switch to lower a nearby lift.
Ride the lift up and you will see three tiny metal beams heading east; carefully step across the beams to get back inside the central tower, press the button here to lower a lift then ride it up and follow the path to the tower's south side where you saw some barons guarding a button earlier. Press the button and three lifts will lower in front of you to reveal a doorway; you need to run south so that you land in the doorway, then keep running south without stopping until you reach some stimpacks. Turn left or right to step across a stone platform then follow the passage behind it south until you reach some steps leading outside. There are four brown towers in this area; as you walk past the south-west tower they will all open to reveal cacodemons. Kill the monsters then enter the west tower to find a switch that will open the exit door on the south side of the main building, go through this door and press the skull switch on the east wall to finish the level.
Other points of interest[edit]
A chainsaw can be found at the bottom of the platform area near the middle of the level, underneath the first knife switch.
On ITYTD and HNTR you can find a partial invisibility at the south side of the walkway around the blood pool, as well as a chaingun on its north side. You can find a second chaingun on all skill levels by going through the red key door and pressing the switch at the north end of the room, which will lower two lifts to the east and west; the weapon is at the top of the east lift.
When you reach the yellow key door, instead of going through it continue heading south along the walkway to find a rocket launcher. A monster closet next to the weapon will open as you approach the yellow key door.
Secrets[edit]
- From the west end of the tower, hop onto the first small beam you see on the west side, being sure to land firmly onto it. Turn south-west and make a jump to the platform with ammo and imps. To the south-east is a supercharge (which only appears on Hurt Me Plenty skill level or higher). (sector 242)
- Once you enter the main tower from the west side, you will be on the higher elevation of the tower. Instead of turning south, turn north and press the switch. This will reveal a path across two silver beams to a computer area map. You need to carefully but quickly reach this secret by crossing the beams; the beams lower once you cross them, so you only get one shot at this secret. (sector 51)
- Once you enter the main tower from the west side, you will be on the higher elevation of the tower. Turn south and press the switch, which will lower the lift you are on. Another small lift in front of you will also be lowering. Step on this lift and stay on it as it rises up, all the while facing north-east. When you can, jump to the platform and go to the opposite end to find a teleporter, which takes you to the room with gears at the north end of the map. You will find a BFG9000 here. (sector 509)
