E4M1: Hell Beneath is the first map in episode Thy Flesh Consumed of Ultimate Doom In Name Only. It was designed by _bruce_ and uses the music track "The Puppeteer" by James Paddock (Jimmy).

Secrets[edit]
- At the berserk pack at the north end, head southwest and use the gargoyle face. Backtrack and head east into a new passage to find medikits, a box of shotgun shells, an energy cell pack, and armor bonuses. (sector 94)
- In Secret #1, head to the south end and use a wall with green vines. Head west, north, and you will find a box of rockets nearby. (sector 96)
