E4M3: Not a Sewer is the third map of Deadly Standards 4. It was designed by Sergey Burow (SilverMiner) and uses the music track "Disposition" by Mark Klem, from Memento Mori II.

Secrets[edit]
- At the north end, drop to the south ledge and shoot the gargoyle switch behind the torch. This lowers the floor behind you, revealing a megaarmor, medikits, a backpack, and a plasma gun. (sector 134)
- In the southeast area, press the switch at the top of the steps to lower the light column to the east, which has a BFG9000. (sector 320)
