E4M4: Incision is the fourth map in the Griefless episode of Deathless. It was designed by James Paddock (Jimmy) and uses the music track "The Demons from Adrian's Pen" from Doom. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 2:30.

Secrets

1. As you go on the blood leading to the red key, the corner walls will have skulls on them. Use the one with the candle in front of it to find a spectre. Head north from where the spectre is to get a soul sphere. (sector 71)
