E4M5: They Will Repent is the fifth map in episode Thy Flesh Consumed of Ultimate Doom In Name Only. It was designed by Matt Powell (cannonball) and uses the music track "A Warrior Reborn" by Tristan Clark, from Rebirth MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]
- In the lava at the southwest end, press the switch, then run north to another switch which was behind a terminal. Quickly press it and run back to the previous switch. Head southeast and take the lift up to get armor bonuses and a radiation suit. Head south to head outside and climb the rocks to get a soul sphere. (sector 109)
- Head southeast from the yellow key and use the switch there. Quickly run north, then in the next area, take the south teleporter. You will find a BFG9000, armor bonuses, and medikits. (sector 156)
