E4M6: Threshold of Pain is the sixth map of Death Tormention II. It was designed by Paul Corfiatis and uses his music track "The Depths of Darkness". In Death Tormention: The Complete Trilogy the map was included in slot E3M6.

Walkthrough

Secrets

1. In the nukage area at the east end, head west into the nukage to find a box of ammo, a box of shotgun shells, a chainsaw, and a soul sphere. (sector 130)
2. In the outside area at the north end, head south on the east side and find a metal wall without a torch in front of it. Open it to get a backpack. (sector 143)
