E4M7: Carmen's Lair is the seventh map of Death Tormention 3. It was designed by Paul Corfiatis and uses the music track " ".

Secrets[edit]

  1. After getting the red key, return to the outdoor area with the bridge over nukage in the southern part of the map. Drop off on the left of the bridge, picking up the radiation suit along the way. You should spot a soul sphere on a pillar. Open the red door north of this pillar, getting rid of shotgun guys as you make your way to the switch in the back. This switch lowers the soul sphere pillar. (sector 209)
  2. At the outdoor area with the bridge over nukage in the southern part of the map, go across the bridge and turn left at the fork. At this dead end where a green armor is located, shoot a wall to the right. This opens a room with a backpack and a teleporter. (sector 363)
  3. Take the teleporter in Secret #2 to find a secret room. A BFG9000 is on the pool table in the center. To reach it, shoot the picture of Carmen (this picture is not a cartoonish drawing) to reveal a teleporter that takes you to the pool table. Grabbing the BFG9000 opens up the pentagram wall ahead where you can get a berserk pack. (sector 377)
  4. At the yellow key room, lower the barricade on the west side, then, as you go down the hall, a lift lowers. Run back into the yellow key room and through the door to the south back to the library. Look to your right to spot the lift and run to it before it rises. When you do, follow the passage to a room with rockets and a rocket launcher. (sector 761)
  5. In the room with the sole medikit, if you go east you will find the red key. As you go east though, a lift can be heard. Jump to the key then run north and towards the red door to find the lift. Ride it up and follow the passage to the soul sphere you saw earlier. (sector 869)
  6. Once you pick up the red key, a closet with monsters opens up right at your starting point. The wall at the back of this closet can be opened where you can find a chaingun. (sector 890)
  7. At the outdoor area with the bridge over nukage in the southern part of the map, drop off to the right of the bridge and run across the nukage to find a chainsaw and a box of shotgun shells. (sector 891)
  8. Inside the exit room, open the lower left wall for an invulnerability. (sector 932)
