E5: Deus Vermem is the fifth map in the Realm of Earth episode of Elementalism. It was designed by Ben Mansell (Bauul) and uses the music tracks "Viridian" and "The God Parasite" by Tristan Clark. The par time defined in ZMAPINFO is 9:00.

- After the starting lift lowers, go through the gap to the south to get a berserk pack. (sector 2106)
- In the east section with the green liquid, head to the west side and when the liquid level lowers, head to the west platform and go inside the tallest pillar to get an invulnerability. (thing 1657)
