Epic 2 is a 32-level megawad released in November 2010, created by Alexander S. (Eternal). The sequel to 2007's Epic, the mod is largely based around an ancient Egyptian aesthetic, though many levels are also set in outer space, with spaceship and alien-themed levels. The megawad contains very large maps, oftentimes also with a puzzle solving element to them, and uses new or replaced graphics, most notably textures from Powerslave/Exhumed, Equinox, Daedalus: Alien Defense and Eternal Doom, the latter of which was a major influence on the wad's design.
Epic 2 was one of the recipients of the 17th annual Cacowards.
