Four Perfectly Fine Lemons is six-level PWAD for Doom II, consisting of four platforming maps plus two outro maps, made for MBF21-compatible source ports. It was created by Ravendesk and first released on the Doomworld forums on August 10, 2022, with the final version being uploaded to the idgames archive on August 27, 2022. The WAD makes use of the OTEX texture pack, with each map focusing on a different type of platforming challenge at a medium-to-high level of difficulty, depending on the skill level selected.
While the fifth map can be considered an outro map of sorts, it still contains gameplay and needs to be beaten in order to gain access to the ending map.

Custom content[edit]
Four Perfectly Fine Lemons makes use of a DeHackEd patch to add several custom monsters to the game, as well as reduce the starting ammo of the pistol to a single bullet. The WAD also includes a modified colormap that changes the colors of the invulnerability effect to shades of green.
- Weakened imp
- Identical to the standard imp but with only 30 HP, making it much easier to kill.
- Chaingunner
- Identical to the standard chaingunner but does not count toward the kill count.
- Red evil eye
- A turret that functions as a type of stationary arch-vile, allowing the player to perform controlled arch-vile jumps to cross gaps. It cannot be damaged and does not count toward the kill count.
- Green evil eye
- A turret that shoots the player with plasma, similar to the arachnotron's attack but at a lower rate of fire. It cannot be damaged and does not count toward the kill count.
- Green cyberdemon
- A cyberdemon with green wiring that only has 1000 HP and replaces the spider mastermind. It can infight with the regular cyberdemon and has a reaction time of zero, which means that it can attack immediately upon waking up. It does not count toward the kill count.
- Cyberdemon
- Identical to the regular variant but with its mass reduced to 50, which means it can easily be blown off ledges with the help of the rocket launcher. It can infight with the green cyberdemon and does not count toward the kill count.
- Barrel
- Barrels have been given the TOUCHY flag introduced by MBF, which triggers a thing's death sequence when it comes into contact with another mobj, resulting in barrels exploding when touched by the player.
