FragFest Initialized is a Doom II multiplayer PWAD, created by The Parallel Team, a group of Finnish modders made up of Joose Zanasi (Pennywise) and Antti Hameranta (nitro). It was released on May 1999. It is the team's second and last project, following The Parallel Dimension from earlier in the year, and contains a total of 11 levels for deathmatch. The maps typically consist in small, symmetrical arenas as well as more sprawling and non-linear maps that later found appreciation as part of the Last Man Standing game mode.

FragFest Initialized exists in two versions, one for Boom-compatible source ports and another for ZDoom and its multiplayer derivates. Both versions offer the same maps, with the ZDoom version having a few additional visual enhancements.
