Gerwin Broers, more commonly known as just Gerwin and occassionally GB, is a Dutch game designer and programmer. A primary visitor of VOGONS, Broers's work within Doom targets MS-DOS exclusively.

In regards to Doom history, he has been responsible for the modification of the following source port:
- MBF (Version 2.04, unofficial maintenance release)
Broers's work on MBF 2.04 has played host to various other spin-offs, targeting 386 processors and adding SIGIL, No Rest for the Living and Master Levels for Doom II support.
His work has been recognized by Lee Killough, one of the authors of MBF in the 2.04 release thread.
Other developments[edit]
Aside Doom, Broers has developed his own modern variant of the classic boardgame HeroQuest, a turnbased title in a fantasy setting. He has also worked on modding other games, predominantly Command & Conquer: Red Alert and the Strike Fighters series of video games.
