Grey Cat is a 25-map megawad community project for Doom II, designed for MBF21-compatible source ports, made under the leadership of Vladislav Putintsev (Ear1h). The project was created across two tours (in March and April respectively), with the goal of someone creating a layout using nothing but gray textures, while somebody else would take said layout and add detail. The mod includes all featureless layouts in a separate file, encouraging other people to create their own detailed maps based on them. The project's first release was on May 14, 2026.
