Grid 32 is a six-map collaboration PWAD for Doom II and limit-removing source ports, created by three members of the Russian Doom community: Shadowman, Guest and Eugene Guschin (Wraith777), originating from an idea by Andrey Budko (entryway) and released in July 2008. The maps were built with a 32x32 grid in the map editor for all linedefs and vertexes, giving them a rather unique look, although this does not extend to thing placement and the various map themes have no unifying factor.

Two additional projects originally meant to be part of Grid 32 ended up being released as standalones: Lainos' Object "32" and Eternal's 32 Inch Nails. Furthermore, a sequel, Grid 64, was released in 2012.

Custom monsters[edit]

The WAD includes two new enemies through the DeHackEd lump:

Spectre Imp
A variant of the imp which has the spectre fuzz effect applied (replaces the pool of brains decoration).
Wizard
A fast moving, blue-robed wizard which fires cacodemon projectiles in rapid succession at the player, and has 10000 hit points (replaces the Wolfenstein SS).
