IAS Doom is a source port of Doom by Extreme Audio Reality, Inc. based on WinDoom, adding a 3D audio effect.
Features[edit]
- Adds 3D audio effects to Doom, making all sounds positioned in 3D.
- Increases the maximum of sounds from 8 to an unlimited amount.
- Adds MIDI support, needing to be extracted from the WAD file using a editing utility and being renamed to remove D_ at the beginning.

- IAS is an acronym for for Interactive Around-Sound, the name for the 3D audio effect in software created by Extreme Audio Reality.
