It Only Gets Worse is a jokewad for Doom II and the ZDoom source port by Wills. It was uploaded to the /idgames archive on July 6, 2007, and received the Mockaward at that year's Cacowards.
Playing MAP12 is not recommended for people with photosensitive epilepsy because the level contains bright flashing lights that can cause a seizure (hence the level's name).
