MAP01: Attack on IO is the first map of Attack on IO. It was designed by Brian Irving (Bri) and uses the music track "Planet Zebes - Arrival on Crateria" by Kenji Yamamoto from Super Metroid, sequenced to MIDI by Jay Reichard (silentzorah).[1] The par time defined in MAPINFO is 5:00.

Secrets[edit]

  1. Use the monitor to open the yellow key room and backtrack to the previous room with two closets open to the south. Enter either of them and leave and head east to another alcove with a button. This button will open a megaarmor to the north. (sector 348)
  2. Pick up the red key to open the south wall. Jump to it and lower it to get energy cells and a plasma gun. (sector 926)
  3. Enter the yellow key room to open a wall with a backpack to the southwest. Quickly run back to the area behind the rail to get this backpack. (sector 1084)
