MAP01: Quetzalcoatl is the first map of Cydonia. It was designed by Brayden Hart (AD_79) and uses the music track "Death Mask," originally composed by Nathan Maxx (Lippeth) for the Plutonia MIDI Pack. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 1:00.

- In the northwest room with the shotgun, use the blue switch to the north, then quickly leave to the south and get on the platform to the west to get a backpack and a medikit. (sector 93)
- In the curved path at the south end, go through a recessed wall near the east side to get a rocket launcher and boxes of rockets. (sector 126)
- In the room with crates at the east side, lower the stack on the east wall (one beige crate and several smaller gray crates) to get a rocket launcher. (sector 134)
