MAP01: The Hidden Outpost is the first map of KGZDoom1. It was designed by Kurt Kesler (kdoom) and uses the music track "The Demons Run After" by Tamara Mochaccina.

Secrets[edit]
- Head west and south from the start. Use the demon face before the steps to get a computer area map and a medikit. (sector 433)
- Take the red door at the south end and lower the lift to the west. Take it up and go all the way north to a soul sphere. (thing 334)
