MAP01: TimeOfDeath's Diarrhea Dilemma (file E.M/EM_DOOMMEGA_2021.wad) is a single-level PWAD for Doom II and a limit removing source port in the Doomworld Mega Project 2021 pack. It was designed by E.M. and uses the music track from THISSUXX.WAD by Rich Nagel (Weeds).
