MAP01: Werewolf Moon is the first map of Hell Ground. It was designed by Alexander S. (Eternal) and uses the music track "Hollow Hideaway" from American McGee's Alice.

Secrets[edit]
- Head to the eastern side of the bridge leading to the fortress, then head north from the steps to the edge of the cliff and fall down on a platform with green armor on it. (sector 112)
- Once you enter the fortress, head to the northwestern hallway, and a compartment to the south will open with imps, a stimpack, and shotgun shells. Press the satyr switch at the western part of the compartment to open a wall to the east. Follow the path and you will eventually reach a super shotgun. (sector 576)
- After you get the blue key, backtrack to the four-way intersection where a chaingunner will ambush you from a newly-opened alcove to the north. Inside here, lower the northern wall to reveal a passage that leads to health bonuses, a backpack, a rocket, and shotgun shells. (sector 911)
- Run from the steps to the exit portal to either of the fences overlooking the water. If you do this right, you should land in the water. Go southwest to find a soul sphere. (sector 1059)
