MAP02: Claustrophobia Machine is the second map of Bloody Rust 3. It was designed by nxGangrel and uses the music track "Soul Clamp" by Gus Knezevich (Alfonzo). The par time defined in the DEHACKED lump is 2:45.

Secrets[edit]
- At the first blood river, use the wall southeast of the entrance with a blood pile in front of it. This opens another wall next to it with a backpack and a medikit. (sector 38)
- On the bridge at the east side, jump northwest or northeast from the super shotgun and enter the corridor to find armor bonuses and the yellow key. (sector 114)
- Lower the east wall in Secret #2 to ride up to a berserk pack. (sector 85)
- In the central hall with the green armor, head east from it and press the red button. Head west and south to get a box of ammo, a computer area map, and a switch opening a gate at the west side. (sector 158)
- Enter the west blood river after flipping the switch in Secret #4 to find the yellow door. (sector 181)
- Enter the room after the yellow door and climb the steps. Open the west wall to find shotgun shells and a soul sphere. (sector 262)
- Enter the room after the yellow door and climb the steps. Flip the switch and leave, then continue north and east in the blood river to find a rocket launcher. (sector 360)
- After flipping the switch mentioned in Secret #7, go back to the starting hall and the blood has descended significantly. Head east and open the north door to get a plasma gun. (sector 201)
