MAP02: The Forum is the second map of Crimson Canyon. It was designed by Jeffrey Graham and uses an untitled music track by Rachel Schmitz (Negatronica).

Walkthrough[edit]
Essentials[edit]
Follow the corridor to a shotgun guy guarding a door, then open it to find a switch that will open the bars ahead; the wall behind you will lower to reveal more zombies along with a super shotgun. Climb the stairs behind the bars and go through the door at the top to enter a hall with crushers, then go to the door at the end of the hall and try to open it to open a closet behind you with zombies (imps will also teleport in on Ultra-Violence and Nightmare skill levels). Go through the door in the closet and kill more zombies, then go through the door here and head down a staircase guarded by imps. Climb up the steps at the bottom to find some zombies guarding the door to the bedroom area.
Go through the door and climb another set of steps to reach a junction with three doors, then go east and north through two more doors to enter a room with some wooden columns. Press the skull switch behind the columns to open the south door at the junction, then go through that door and press the button on the pillar just behind it to open another door to the east. Go through that door and fight through some zombies to reach two halls containing demons, flip the switch in the southern hall to open a set of bars to the west, then pass through the bars and continue west to a balcony with some imps and a berserk pack. Go down the stairs here to enter the central area, which consists of four round platforms and a nukage pit.
Use the silver lift on the east side of the central area to go up to a switch, which will open a second switch on the west side and cause some zombies to teleport in. Flip the second switch to open the third switch on the north side and bring in some demons, then flip the third switch to reveal the final switch at the south end and summon more zombies. Flip the final switch to lower the south-east wall and reveal a staircase leading down to one to three revenants, then go through the door they were guarding to face a group of zombies and one to three Hell knights who are guarding the blue exit teleporter.

Secrets[edit]
- In the north-eastern part of the map with the wooden columns, open the eastern door on the north side to find a single imp. Enter the room carefully as there is a crusher inside it. Open the north-east wall in this room to find a rocket launcher. (sector 354)
- Flipping the switch between the candelabras in the south-east corner of the map will lower the bookcase near the crushers at the north end of the map, revealing a megasphere. (sector 363)
- On the balcony above the southern part of the central area, before going down the stairs, press the western wall directly opposite the teleporter to open it. Kill the imps in the revealed corridor and open the door at the north end to find 16 rockets and a medikit. (sector 46)
