MAP02: Underbelly is the second map of Shallow World. It was designed by Peter Blacha (Shawny) and uses the music track "1499AD" by Paul Corfiatis. The par time defined in MAPINFO is 4:15.

- Open the red door to the center and in the next room, open the northeast wall to find an energy cell. (sector 654)
- In the southeast room with three armor bonuses, there are two computers at the south end. Use the east one on its west side to open up a wall to the west which has a super shotgun. (sector 712)
- At the red key area, head northwest and look west to a switch. Shoot it, then head to the northwest side and go through the open door to the east. This room has a green armor. (sector 827)
