MAP02: Valley of Echoes is the second map of Alien Vendetta: Black Label. It was designed by Brad Spencer, and uses the music track "Incan-tations" by James "Jimmy" Paddock.

Secrets[edit]

  1. From the start, head west and jump to the silver platform to the south, which will rise up so you can head back. The silver platform has energy cells and chaingunners. Note that there is no way out of the damaging blood, and that you only get one shot at reaching this secret. If you decide to go north, or not get on the platform, you will miss the secret. (sector 263)
  2. The same secret as above, except it is east of the starting point. (sector 346)
  3. Head to the southern valley in the map, then climb the rocks to the southwest. In the cave, press on the wall that the torch is shining on to reveal another cave with arch-viles, energy cell packs, and a teleporter leading back. (sector 80)
  4. In Secret #3, walk through the northeast wall, use the lift, and press the wall to reveal a switch that reveals a wall with a light. Then use that wall to reveal the blue key. (sector 48)
  5. From the blue key mentioned in Secret #4, run north to get a BFG9000. (sector 40)
  6. Navigate through the maze at the west end of the map to the northwest lift and take it up. Go all the way east and then make a jump to the ledge below. Head to the southernmost end of this ledge and make two strafejumps southward. If you do it right, the ledge you wind up on will have its east wall open up, revealing a teleporter. Take it to get a soul sphere. (sector 222)
  7. Just before the large blood valley on the right side of the map, there is a rock column with two candles in it. Shoot at this rock column, then enter the blood valley, then get on the northern walkway that has the door. The door should be open because you had shot the rock column earlier. Enter the room and the pillar with the green armor should lower, which counts as the secret. (sector 572)
