MAP03: Abandoned Before the Blast is the third map of What Lies Beneath. It was designed by Pegleg and ViolentBeetle, and uses the music track "The Berggren-Malde Complex" by continuum.mid and Dallas Cox (DCG Retrowave), from Alien Vendetta MIDI Pack.

Secrets[edit]

  1. At the southwest hall, find a wall on the west side with an arrow and lower that wall to find a passage to a soul sphere. (sector 299)
  2. After getting the red key, return to the previous hall and the south part of the hall will be open. Enter this room and find a hidden switch on the northeast wall to open the south door. Inside are shotgun shells and a box of rockets. (sector 202)
  3. Flip the southeast switch and head back west to the steps. The south bars will be open, and you can now get a berserk pack. (sector 324)
