Essentials[edit]

Go through the door on your left to enter a hall with four more doors, three of which are locked, then go through the western door and kill any zombies waiting behind it. Go through the north-west door to enter a room with a nukage pool, which is guarded by more zombies, then collect the chainsaw at the north end of the room before leaving through the west door. Kill the zombies ahead then press the button at the end of the hall to raise a bridge in the neighboring room, then return to the area west of the starting point and pass through the western door to collect a super shotgun. Go down the stairs and press the button at the bottom to open the door on the other side of the bridge, deal with the cacodemons that teleport in then go through the door to find a nukage pool surrounded by a walkway. Follow the walkway round to its south end and lower the lift here to get the blue keycard.

Return to the starting hall and open the northern door, then go down the stairs to a hall with computer walls. Follow the curved ledge at the bottom of the staircase to a button and press it to open the door at the north end of the hall, then go through it and climb the stairs in this room to a second button. Press this button, then drop back down to the hall and go down the western steps (a monster closet will open to your left) to see that another door has opened ahead. Go through this door followed by a second door in front of you, which will bring you to the room with the yellow keycard, then continue west through another door to find three demons guarding a supercharge. Stepping on the platform with the supercharge will lower the octagonal walls in this room to reveal a group of Hell knights and mancubi, so you should grab the invulnerability behind the barrels in the south-east corner before triggering the trap. Flip the switch at the west end of the room to lower the pillar holding the yellow key along with some imps, then flip a second switch that opens in the north-west corner to open the door leading back to the previous room so you can get the key.

Return to the starting hall and open the yellow door at the east end to face a group of mancubi and knights (plus barons of Hell on Hurt Me Plenty and revenants on Ultra-Violence and Nightmare skill levels), then collect the red keycard inside the east alcove before leaving the room. Open the red door at the east end of the starting hall and kill some waiting zombies, then go up the stairs here to end the level.

Secrets[edit]

  1. In the room west of the starting point, look at the nukage pit to see a thin ledge around it. Carefully follow the north and west sides of the ledge to a platform with a barrel, blow it up to kill a waiting chaingunner, then open the door on the platform to find a radiation shielding suit and a button. Press the button to lower the bars in the nukage below you, go through them then turn right and follow the nukage to a super shotgun and two boxes of shotgun shells. Walk through the nukagefall here to get a computer area map. (sector 249)
  2. In the room west of the starting point, go to the computer wall at the north end of the room and flip the switch hidden on its west side to open a room with zombies, as well as a rocket launcher, two medikits and four boxes of rockets. (sector 240)
  3. On entering the blue key room, follow the narrow ledge around the south side of the nukage pool to an alcove with a knight. Open the wall with the strip light in this alcove to find a button along with four energy cells. (sector 246) The button lowers a BFG9000 in the nukage in the room north of the bridge area.
  4. Open the wall with pipes opposite the lift holding the blue key to find a lost soul guarding a plasma gun and a medikit. (sector 228)
  5. Going down the steps in the north-eastern hall will open a monster closet to your left. Open the north-western wall with the strip light in this closet to find an energy cell and an armor. (sector 351)

Bugs[edit]

Pressing the button in the bridge room opens three closets containing cacodemons (sector 221), which should teleport to the Hell knight platforms in this room. If the knights are not killed then they may block the teleport destinations, and the cacodemons can get stuck inside the closets. If this happens, the cacodemons can be freed by going to the west side of the blue key room then running back to the bridge room.
