Letters in italics refer to marked spots on the map. Sector, thing, and linedef numbers in boldface are secrets which count toward the end-of-level tally.

Take the berserk pack then open the door behind you to confront one or two zombiemen. Turn right and right again to enter a narrow hallway with a demon and two doors, then open the west door and kill more zombiemen to reach a switch. Flip the switch to open the second door, kill a few imps that have been released into the hallway then go through that door and step on the conveyor belt in the south-east corner. The belt will carry you into a dark tunnel that goes up to the ledge behind you, where you can collect the blue keycard. Taking the blue key will open a compartment ahead containing one or two lost souls (or a cacodemon on Ultra-Violence (UV) and Nightmare (NM) skill levels), as well as allowing imps to teleport to the ledge in the north-west corner.

Drop to the ground and activate the silver lift by the north wall, flip the switch above it to open the nearby blue bars then go through either of the doors here to get back to the main part of the map. Go north-west to a red key door and flip the switch opposite, which will lower the columns in the next room and reveal imps (plus demons on UV and NM) along with the red key. Use this key to activate the switch on the south wall, which will open that door and reveal one or two Hell knights guarding a dark tunnel. Enter the tunnel to finish the level.

Other points of interest[edit]

An armor can be found in the north-east corner of the map, reachable by walking through the tech panels. Taking the armor lowers the panels to reveal imps, a demon and a shotgun - the only one in the map.

There are no official secrets in this level.
