MAP03: Constrained Base is the third map of Speed of Doom. It was designed by Josh Sealy and uses the Coldwires.midi, an original track by Stuart Rynn.

Other points of interest[edit]


  1. In the hall with the three monster closets on the left, in front of the middle one, check the wiring wall: part of it is brown and pulsating with light. Shoot it to reveal a green armor behind you. (sector 380)
  2. In the room with stairs around a nukage pool, jump to the nukage fall where the sergeant is perched to find a berserk. (sector 242)
  3. In the same room with stairs, climb on the alcove with the blue circles on the floor. Part of the north wall looks different on the automap; open that for a plasma gun. (sector 387)
