MAP03: Deja Vu is the third map of Ethereal Breakdown. It was designed by United VirusX and uses the music track "".

Secrets[edit]
- In the corridor at the end of the zig-zag room, a portion of the west wall is colored differently and has a pool of gibs in front of it. Activate the wall to gain access to the courtyard with the megaarmor. (sector 83)
- After having entered the dark room with the exit door, return to the zig-zag room. The platform with the imp(s) has now been lowered, yielding access to a secret room containing a shotgun. (sector 62)
- After opening secret #2, walk toward the north end of the zig-zag room. As you cross the shadow line, a lift will lower in the shotgun alcove, visible from where you are standing. Run and you can catch it before it goes up. At the top you will find a box of shells and eight armor bonuses. (sector 86)
- After getting to the Entryway area, in the northern blue room, flip the eastern switch. A compartment will open in the northeast corner of the room, containing a suit of armor and two stimpacks. (sector 445) Toggling the opposite switch will cause both switches to sink into the ground, allowing the zombiemen's clips to be acquired.
- In the large room at the end, toggle the switch on the western wall to activate an elevator. At the top, open the back wall of the elevator to reveal another switch. (sector 424) Flip it to open a door in the southeast leading outside.
- From secret #5, jump east across the square platform below. A compartment containing a plasma gun and an energy cell pack will open behind the health bonuses out in the hallway. (sector 451)
- After activating the switch in secret #5, head outside through the door that opened in the southeast. To the west is a shotgun and 4 shotgun shells, along with a small group of imps. (sector 421)
- # In the big room, the wall to the right of the caged imp in the east can be opened to reveal a stimpack. (sector 435)
- After arriving at the second version of Entryway, go up the same lift from secret #5 (sector 627) and press a switch to make a soulsphere (thing 397) appear on the northeast of the map.
- Once you're back in the room with the two switches, press the western one this time to open a compartment holding a megaarmor and two stimpacks. (sector 840)
- After getting the red skull key, leave the room but as you do so turn left into the space void to see a floating switch. Shoot it and you will witness a door being destroyed: you can find said door by continuing forward and going left. Here you can find ammo and health, as well as a blue keycard. (thing 641)
- Proceed further ahead until you see the blue door, which reveals a huge quantity of ammo, a backpack, a BFG9000, and a megasphere. (sector 1131)
- In this same room, provided you obtained the yellow key by killing the cyberdemon before this room, you can also hit a switch that blows a hole in the wall right before the staircase. This will allow you to go outside and grab all three Artifacts for the Unmaker, which is located past the staircase. (sector 1127)

Bugs[edit]
Secrets 14, 15 and 16 are part of a switch, too narrow to be walked on. As a result, obtaining 100% secrets completion in this level is normally impossible.
