MAP03: Island of Mystery is the third map of Slaughterfest 2012. It was designed by Zachary Stephens (Ribbiks) and uses as music track a MIDI rendition of "Web Spider's Stage Theme" from Mega Man X4 by Toshihiko Horiyama.

- In the northernmost part of the map with five chaingunners on top of columns, it is possible to straferun from the staircase to the ledge with the waterfalls for a hidden megasphere.
