MAP03: Mechanical is the third map of Kuchitsu. It was designed by Memfis and uses the music track "The Helix" by David Shaw (Tolwyn), from Requiem.

- In the brown area in the center of the map, raise the left ledge with the left switch in the northwest corner if necessary, then head up the east steps. Head to the southwest, then time a jump to that ledge. Over there, go through the south wall and take the teleporter to find a rocket launcher. (sector 111)
- Use the red key on the switch at the north end of the map to open the bars. Go into the left area and use the south wall with the yellow light to find another switch. This will open a wall to the south, where you can get a chainsaw, a stimpack, health bonuses, and armor bonuses. (sector 137)
